My husband and I had an amazing trip to Parma, Italy in January 2025. Great time to go because it’s not tourist season. We live in a tourist state, and it was very refreshing not to wait for the fabulous restaurants and tourist attractions. The condo is very welcoming and spacious. Rich and Carol provide instructions for everything. The condo is in downtown Parma and all attractions, stores, cathedrals, and restaurants are within walking distance. There are many opportunities to travel by public transportation as well, literally right outside the building. Whether you eat out for all your meals or go to the well-stocked grocery stores and cook yourself, everything is there for you. I learned how to make “Italian” coffee! Right downstairs are two bakeries, Italian pasties galore. Plus, a donut shop across the street, they do not taste like Duncan’s, the donuts are magnificent. Whether you stay a week or a month, their condo has everything you need to feel at home.
